Part One (PG-13)/Part Two (PG-13)/Part Three (PG-13)/Part Four (PG-13)/Part Five A (R)/Part Five B (NC-17)/Part Six A (PG-13)
The five of them loaded into the van to be whisked off to their evening photo shoot. It was to be held in some old building, using indoor and outdoor shots. The van pulled up to the building and the boys clambered out. They were met by hair and wardrobe. They were picked at, prodded, poked and powder puffed. Yunho and Jaejoong managed two minutes together in the alleyway before a very frustrated shoot director disrupted them. She huffed as she walked up to Yunho and Jaejoong locked in a heated embrace.
“First I find Yoochun, Junsu and Changmin feeling up on each other and making out in the broom closet like a bunch of horny teenagers and now I find you two out here. What is it with this band? Ya’ll should just have one great big dong bang orgy and get it over with”
Jaejoong and Yunho sprung apart choking on laughter and stammering out apologies.
“Save it, save it.” She replied, “Just go back in and get your makeup redone before the group shoot okay?”
A blushing Jaejoong and Yunho acquiesced and followed her inside. They somehow managed to make it through the rest of the photo shoot without any further incidences. Watching the individual shots though had been torture for both of them. Each glance, each move, each seductive glance at the camera was filled with meaning and desire.
“Finally!” Jaejoong exclaimed after he finished the last of his shots for the night.
He grabbed Yunho by the wrist and began dragging him back towards the dressing room. He didn’t know how much longer he could wait. His body was alive in ways it never had been before and every particle of his being was screaming at him.
His daydreams were cut off rather quickly though by one high pitched, whiney voice squealing “Yuuuunnnhoooo.”
“Yuunnhooo, where have you been? We were supposed to go out tonight remember?”
Jaejoong glared at her and tightened his grip on Yunho’s arm.
“He already has plans.” Jaejoong informed the young lady.
“Hey! Since when do you speak for Yunho, he’s YOUR leader, not the other way around.” The girl glared at Jae, shooting daggers with her eyes.
“Fine. Yunho, tell her that you have plans.” Jaejoong turned to Yunho, his hands marking Yunho’s arms with the strength of his possessiveness
Yunho looked pleadingly at Jaejoong. He wanted nothing more than to go back to the apartment and spend the rest of the evening fulfilling each and every one of his wildest fantasies. But, Yunho was a man of honor and dignity. Even if he had no feelings for this girl he had promised her.
“Tell her!” Jaejoong demanded of Yunho again, his fingers beginning to tremble on Yunho’s wrists.
“Hold on a moment.” Yunho said to the young lady and pulled Jae to the side.
“Jae, you know my heart, you know where I want to be, but you also know that I always keep my promises.” Yunho shifted his body and an arm so that he was blocking the girl’s view of the two of them. Yunho brought his lips gently up to Jaejoong’s, kissing him softly and seductively with hints of so much more.
Jaejoong sighed, “Why do you have to be such a great guy Jung Yunho?”
Yunho winked at Jaejoong and turned back around to the girl who stood there eyeing the two of them suspiciously.
“Okay, a promise is a promise. We can go. How about a walk in the park? I could use some fresh air tonight. You’ll have to drive though. I came with the guys in the van.” Yunho turned to Jaejoong, “I’ll call you later to pick me up?”
Yunho’s eyes were full of promise and love. They were the only thing that kept Jaejoong from jumping the wisp of a girl in front of him and proving to the whole world who Yunho belonged to. Jaejoong held his tongue and used his eyes instead to send the messages coming from his heart and loins. Yunho finally broke the eye contact, turned and walked with the girl to her car.
A small tear pooled in the corner of Jaejoong’s eye. He knew that Yunho’s heart was his, but he was anxious to have this last part of Yunho’s old life behind them. After tonight, they would be one…heart, mind, soul...and body.
Jaejoong walked back into the building and found Yoochun sitting on the makeup counter, waiting for the youngest two band members to finish their single shots. Jae hopped up onto the counter next to him and laid his head upon Chun’s shoulder. Yoochun sensed his mood and wrapped a comforting arm around Jae.
They may not be lovers, but Yoochun and Jaejoong loved each other deeply. They were more than friends, more than family even. They were connected as two wandering souls, it was hard to explain, but it just was, and they had always accepted it as such.
“I love him so much Chunnie.” Jaejoong sniffed a little.
“I know. What happened? Where is he?” Yoochun asked.
“Oh, you know that girl he’s been seeing off and on? Well, he had promised her they’d go out tonight, and I know he didn’t want to, but you know him and his principles. He went for a walk in the park with her. I hope they talk and he breaks her heart into a million little pieces.” Jae sighed and lifted his head turning to look at Yoochun.
“I’m awful for thinking such things aren’t I?”
“No you aren’t.” Yoochun grabbed Jaejoong’s hand in his own and squeezed it tight. “You can bet your ass that if any girl thought to try to get in between Junsu and I, that I would want to break more than just her heart. It’s okay to be a bit possessive of those who mean the most to us. Especially in unique situations like ours; we’ve somehow managed to find that other person who completes us. So what are you going to do?”
Yoochun jumped off the counter as Junsu walked in. Junsu sauntered up to the two, kissed Yoochun on the lips and smacked a loud kiss on Jaejoong’s cheek. Yoochun raised his eyebrows at this, smacked Junsu’s ass playfully, before snagging him around the waist and fully claiming his mouth as his own.
“Whoa, not that I didn’t enjoy it, but what was that for?” Junsu asked, when Yoochun released his mouth. Yoochun just smiled, releasing Junsu from his tight grip, but grasping his hand in his own and holding it fast.
“Okay, if you won’t answer that, then at least tell me why Jae looks as if he’s lost his best friend…wait… he didn’t? Yunho?” Junsu looked from Jaejoong to Yoochun, searching their eyes for some sort of information.
“Oh, it’s nothing really…” Jaejoong finally answered, staring down at the patterned tile a few inches below his swinging feet.
“It’s just that Yunho’s, well, he’s out on a date.” At Junsu’s shocked face, Jaejoong added, “The LAST date he’ll ever be on with another person.” Jaejoong punctuated this statement by banging his hand on the makeup counter, effectively scattering cosmetics everywhere. Junsu immediately bent down, and began to clean up the mess.
“Sorry.” Jaejoong apologized, hopping off the counter to help Junsu clean up.
“It’s okay.” Junsu said, placing his hand on Jaejoong’s shoulder in a show of support.
For the members of Dong Bang Shin Ki, touching had always been important. They thought nothing about it usually. It was just another part of who they were. A touch from one to another was often all it took to show and or share their joy, pain, love, laughter, and support. It was never about fan service. It was part of what solidified them as a unit. It was the same reason they always lived together. They were a unit, ever changing and being shaped by the world around them, but constant in their support and love of the others.
Jaejoong wondered what changes their new relationships would bring. This thought process in turn had him wondering just exactly were all the new relationships.
“So, what exactly is going on between you two and Changmin? I mean, I know what’s going on…but what does this mean for the two of you, and how does Min feel about all of it? I know he’s always seemed wise beyond his years, but you know he doesn’t have as much experience in matters of the heart as we do.” Jaejoong asked as he scooped up the remaining cosmetics. Jaejoong pushed his melancholy back and turn his focus on the duo before him awaiting an answer.
“Well, um, at first… well, it was just this idea… I mean, you know how much Changmin’s grown, and well, um, how hot he is now…we thought it would, um, be fun to have him join us. I mean he was totally turned on by us the other night, and well, um… Wait, this isn’t coming out right.” Junsu stammered trying to put his thoughts and feelings into words even though he didn’t have a strong grasp on them himself.
Yoochun released Junsu’s hand and wrapped his arm around him, running his hand up and down along Su’s side, flooding him with love and support.
“What I mean is, well, we never would have gone into this, or done any of this without some emotion. I mean, you know Yoochun and I love each other beyond measure. But we both feel that there’s always room for more.” Junsu stated awkwardly, still trying to find the right wording to justify or explain their current relationship.
“What I think Junsu wants you to know is that this a mutual consenting arrangement. We are all enjoying getting to know each other on this more intimate level and right now. It runs deeper than just a physical enjoyment, but it’s new and we are all still trying to figure it out.”
A small smile formed on Yoochun’s lips as he thought about their youngest member, and just what that ‘figuring out’ had meant. His hand wandered down Junsu’s side and ran lovingly across his rear end. Junsu looked up at Yoochun and saw the sudden desire flash in his eyes, and just that one look was enough to send heat flooding throughout his body.
Jaejoong saw the look the two exchanged and fought the urge to swat them. He was so jealous of the fact that they were here together and able too look at each other like that, while he had to wait for Yunho to finish his date.
“Oi, you two…why don’t you go out and wait in the van. I’ll be out when Changmin finishes his shoot. It will give you about fifteen minutes.” Jaejoong offered to the two impatient lovers, even while his heart was aching.
“Alright, we’ll be out there…waiting.” Yoochun snickered, and pulled Junsu after him out the cold metal back door.
Jaejoong wandered back into the room where the photographer was busily taking pictures of Changmin. He watched the camera flash as Min made subtle adjustments to his positioning, a lift of the chin, a hand in the pocket, each movement resonating with the click of the camera.
Jaejoong stared at Changmin, his heart somewhat conflicted. Jaejoong knew that Junsu and Yoochun would never intentionally hurt Changmin, but he also knew what it was to be in love, and find that one person you wanted to spend the rest of your life with. Jaejoong wanted that for Changmin. He thought that maybe he was feeling a little overprotective after their shared moment, but he couldn’t help himself. He worried that Changmin might end up falling for one of them, and then where would that leave them. Yoochun and Junsu were two halves of the same whole, like Yunho and he. Jaejoong worried, but he figured that he would be better off to keep his worries to himself.
Changmin was his own person; he always had been, often showing maturity beyond his years. Heck, who was Jaejoong to judge when he himself had been kissing Changmin senseless just the other day. Jaejoong blushed at the thought and brought his fingertips to his lips unconsciously. He still couldn’t believe that all this had happened in the last forty-eight hours. It seemed like it had been months since that kiss.
Jaejoong was brought out of his thoughts when the photographer told Changmin he was finished and began cleaning up his equipment. The director of the shoot sat behind a computer not far away, already reviewing the shots, selecting and discarding with a slight nod of her head. She waved at Jaejoong and Changmin, dismissing them for the day.
Changmin walked over, grabbing a bottle of water off a side table and drinking deeply before saying anything. Changmin studied Jaejoong’s face out of the corner of his eye and almost immediately knew two things, one Jaejoong was worried and two he was extremely distracted. Min wasn’t quite sure the two were completely related but he had a feeling that at least one of them had to do with his budding relationship with Yoochun and Junsu.
“It’s okay, you know, the three of us.” Changmin started the conversation knowing Jaejoong probably wouldn’t. “I mean, I know that they are together and I’m okay with that. They are good to me, they never make me feel like a third wheel, and we are really enjoying our time together.”
“But, it’s barely been a full day.” Jaejoong interrupted, reaching out to run his fingers down Changmin’s face. Changmin caught Jae’s hand and looked him in the eyes.
“Hyung, I thought you’d learn to trust me a little more by now. Besides, this has been going on for years. Relationships consist of a lot more than just the physical, you know. This is just a change in a long-term relationship between the three of us. If we can work with it and accept it, than isn’t that all that matters?”
“I do trust you Min, you know that I just worry about everyone. I can’t help it, you all are a part of me, and I can’t stand it when any one of you hurt.”
“I know that Jae, that’s what I’m trying to tell you. We are all a part of each other, that’s what makes this band work so well, that’s what makes us unique, and that’s what will make all of these twists and turns work out for the best. Now, lets go out to the van and go home. Speaking of which, I thought you and Yunho would be out there waiting already.”
“Yunho’s on a date.” Jaejoong replied, still fighting the urge he had to jump in the van and find Yunho and his date and throttle Yunho for making him wait through one last date. Jaejoong trusted Yunho, he knew that Yunho’s confession was true with every fiber of his being, but that didn’t stop the evil little green-eyed monster running around in his brain, urging him to claim what was his.
“A date? With who?” Changmin asked as if this was a perfectly normal occurrence.
Changmin watched Jae’s thoughts flash across his face and realized that this was the real reason behind Jaejoong’s distraction and emotional state tonight. Changmin was still holding Jae’s hand and squeezed tight, hoping to share a measure of comfort.
“Oh, I don’t know what her name was, she’s that little twitter of a girl who has been draping herself all over him for the past month.” Jaejoong answered, flicking his hand with a look of distaste when he said the word ‘twitter.’
“Oh, ChoChang.” Changmin answered. “Well, I’m sure he’s just taking her out to let her down gently. You know how he is. He refuses to hurt anyone, which is why he’s never been in a real relationship before now. Well, that and the fact that he’s totally head over heels for you.” Changmin winked at Jaejoong and tugged on his hand, pulling him out towards the back door.
“Come on Jae, stop fretting. Lets go get something to eat. I have this feeling that you’ll need all the energy you can get for later tonight.” Changmin winked again and smiled brightly. Jaejoong couldn’t help but return the smile.
The rest of the evening passed in a blur for Jaejoong until he found himself lying on the couch, with the phone settled on his chest willing it to ring. Yunho had been out for three hours. Jaejoong huffed, since when did breaking a girl’s heart take three hours? Finally the phone rang.
“Hello?” Jaejoong answered.
“Heya sexy.” Yunho’s voice came back.
“I’ve been waiting for you to call, what took you so long?” Jaejoong’s voice sounded just a little tight and forced even though he was willing it to sound normal.
“Well, we went for a walk and I told her that we couldn’t go on dates anymore...and you know how girls can be. She cried and cried, carrying on about never finding the right guy and about how she must be really ugly and such nonsense. It took me about an hour to calm her down. I drove her and her car to a friend’s house, where the friend took over where I left off. I’m standing outside now, and she’s coming back to the car in a minute to take me back to the photo-shoot building, if you can meet me there. She said she didn’t want to drive me home, because it would be too pain…
“Oh, just shut up and meet me there. You are so lucky that I love you…I’ve been imaging all sorts of crazy things over here. I need you, and I need you now.” Jaejoong answered as he grabbed his keys off the table lying next to him and headed out the door.
“I know…” Yunho almost whispered into the phone. “I’ve needed you too, I’ve thought of nothing else since this afternoon. Just, meet me there, okay…”
“I’m on my way.” Jaejoong flipped the phone closed and shot down the road back towards that old gray building, and Yunho.
Yunho was waiting for Jaejoong outside the building, leaning up against the wall in the small alleyway where they had had their photo-shoot earlier. In fact, it was the same alleyway they had been caught making out in earlier. Jaejoong stared at Yunho long and hard, enjoying the way the lights and shadows played off of his body. Jaejoong didn’t think he had ever beheld a more enticing sight. Jaejoong’s heart thumped loudly in his ears, as he flicked off the lights and the ignition and stepped out of the car.
Jaejoong just stood there staring at Yunho, willing his legs to move, but they seemed glued to the spot. They were finally together, and alone. Gone was the cluster of photographers, cameras and lights from earlier. It was just the two of them, but neither of the made a move towards the other.
“So…” Jaejoong attempted to breach the silence.
“So…” Yunho answered, still leaning up against the wall.
“You’re mine now right?” The words slipped out of Jae’s mouth before he realized how harsh they sounded.
“You know I’m yours. I told you earlier. Don’t doubt me Jae.”
Jaejoong found himself rushing towards Yunho, reaching his arms up into his hair, fisting there and dragging his mouth towards his. Yunho’s hands immediately claimed Jaejoong’s body, running underneath his shirt and all along his back and sides. Their mouths opened to each other, both fighting for possession of the other. Finally, Jaejoong released Yunho, panting.
“I never doubted you, I doubted myself. Having you here, with me is so much more than I could ever hope for. You’ve always been my heart’s dream. I hoped, but I never thought that I could be yours.”
“I thought we had our confessions earlier.” Yunho replied reaching over and nipping at Jae’s earlobe. “I’m done with the talking. I seem to recall someone saying that they needed me, that they wanted me… well, show me, Jaejoong, show me now.”
And there you have it. Now, all that's left is what inspired this whole work to begin with. I actually wrote the end with a friend ages ago and decided to write this piece around it. I hope that you've enjoyed reading the story at least half as much as I've enjoyed writing it. Thank you so much for taking the time to read it.
And Yes, the resulting Jaeho smex will be posted soon!!! *wink*
